★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems like a tremendous amount of government money and resources are going into the park with its miniatures, and nearby museums, but none went into wastewater treatment plant that is just dumping untreated water into the river apparently. Not a place I would feel comfortable taking my children to, especially since parts of it smell like untreated sewage, and parts of it burned my throat to breathe. How do you overlook such horror? And play miniature golf in the middle of it?
