It's very pricy and overrated shop. Not much selection in low budget around $4000. Staff was friendly, but seems very pushy.

Staff lacks proper knowledge in jewelry, they work on commissions and claim to be certified jewelers which they are not. They badmouth about their competition, which does not help them make their sales anyways. Very pushy and aggressive. They mislead and lie a lot.

Manager made promises he could not keep. When we arrived home in U.S. we found the promises he made he could not honor. 18K dollars of Jewelry. Thankfully we made him sign a written agreement. We are still dealing with this mess but we have proof of the promises he made and did not honor. Do not trust this store, very shady.

I purchased a watch in Diamond for 4000 bucks in April 18 and I'm still waiting for my credit refund because this peoples in Diamond didn't send the invoice to the agency in charge of the refund even when I have the receipt of purchase also I did a purchase in Cuadra store in Cancun airport for 3000.00 and I validated both purchase receipt in the airport to get my credit refund and every time I call those peoples in Money Back asking for my credit I always have the same answer they are waiting for the government approve according to Edgar Ruiz the guy who I spoke by phone I reality I don't know who is Money Back and I don't know if the government is in reality in the middle of all this gamey

The only reason why they don't get an Excellent review is they did a lot of pushing on the MoneyBack service in closing their deal. I spent a little over my budget due to the salesman stating I would get a significant refund to help pay for it. The only thing I have received from MoneyBack is email excuses. I purchased from Diamonds international in May 2017 and 8 months later have yet to receive a single peso of a refund. My advice to anyone purchasing from Diamonds International is don't make your purchase based on their MoneyBack sales closing technique. Don't expect to get anything from the MoneyBack and make a wise purchase. On to my service experience. I purchased a watch while on a cruise and had a really good experience. My only complaint is the salesperson judged my appearance with my spending potential. I was just at the beach with my young children so i wasn't dressed nice for sure. I know they get a lot of people looking but they can never judge a customer by their appearance. Other than that the service was good. They helped entertain my children while I made my purchase, they were very informed on the products, and I feel like I got a reasonable price on my purchase. UPDATE: I contacted Diamonds International about my Moneyback refund and they were finally able to get it pushed through. It took over a year of emailing back and forth with MoneyBack but I finally got my refund. I raised my rating to 4 stars for the help Diamonds International was able to provide.

The staff here can be a bit pushy, but overall they offer good service and excellent prices. My husband purchased a watch at a great price. If you're visiting this location while cruising, it can be very helpful to have the shopping guide from the cruise ship come with you... they can generally get you an even better price.

In March of 2018, we were on a cruise and went with a group to this store. My husband purchased me a gorgeous diamond, an upgrade from my previous one. The sales woman was persistent in a respectful manner. I actually had a lot of fun trying rings out and wearing some rings I know I will never have. However I did get more than I ever thought I would have. I am in love with my ring and my wonderful, generous husband. Although we to were told that we would get 8 percent back from the Mexican government as to assist in the purchase. We are still waiting for our pesos. I have sent two emails and have not even gotten a response. It is unfortunate that Diamonds International believed as we did and marketed for the Mexican government.
