Están muy padres las casas pero no hay suficientes estacionamientos el club de playa muy recomendable

Tanto la casa, la ubicación y la atención de Luis quien fue nuestro host, excelente todo, 100% recomendado.

Todo excelente. La casa maravillosa e impecable. Luis un anfitrión de primera , estuvo pendiente todo el tiempo de nosotros y de que todo estuviera a nuestro gusto en la casa. Volvería mil veces y la recomendaré 100%

Me pareció un lugar muy agradable, es real todo lo dicho en la descripcion de la casa, y la atención del anfitrión Luis muy buena, nos recibió de una manera muy agradable, y nos explicó a detalle cada parte de la casa y los lugares cercanos a ella. Mi estancia la calificó excelente ya que a mi familia le encantó, y sin duda alguna regresariamos sin pensarlo, 1000 % recomendable?

Le rentamos esta casa Luis, fue una excelente opción para mis vacaciones. La casa está ubicada en un condominio súper lindo, a unos pasos de una playa divina que además cuenta con Club De Playa donde la comida fue deliciosa y cuenta con alberca, esto para mí fue fantástico porque mis hijos disfrutaron mucho. La casa está recién construida, con muy buen mantenimiento y la limpieza fue excelente. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones muy cómodas. La atención de Luis nuestro host fue excelente, Siempre estuvo al pendiente de todas nuestras necesidades y su atención fue inmediata cuando fue necesario. Sus consejos fueron muy acertados y útiles :) Sin duda volveremos a rentar con Luis en nuestras próximas vacaciones

Awesome beautiful house located on a private street fully rounded by pure nature, cross the street and you’ll find a beautiful beach full of turtles to swim with and walk across

On last december, we stayed at TAO Ocean B4 3 days. I have to say that me and my family we have enjoyed a pleasant stay. We came from CDMX and always had an excellent communication with our host. We have 2 kids, 6 and 4 y/o, they swam at the beach club´s pool, and we walked a few meters from ther and find an excellent spot surrounded by rocks that form a natural jacuzzi, there my kids hunted seashells, little fishes and spend an unforgetable days. Beside of that, Tao residences is inside a tropical jungle with many friendly lizards and birds who joined our stay. About the house, we find everything that we need, the A/C worked 100% and refresh our nights. We hope to visit AGAIN TAO OCEAN B4 SOON

Dirty house without beach access. We wanted to stay at the house of Luis ( host at Airbnb) for 3 weeks. But our stay was shorter due to a very unpleasant event. My mother was sleeping in the bedroom downstairs and from the first night was complaining that she had some bites probably of mosquitoes. In 3 days the amount of bites reached 70, they covered all her hands , back and legs. We went to a medical service and it was confirmed that they were bites of bed insects. We texted Luis to what he told us that he will send “fumigation company” to check the mattress. “The company “ was a person without any special equipment and came with a kid. He sprayed something that smelled horrible and we had to close the room, all the first floor was smelling this substance. We told Luis that we can’t use the same mattress because it is not enough to make 1 fumigation to eliminate the bugs. He said that “the company” didn’t find anything. For not arguing we wanted to refund the 2 weeks that were left because it wasn’t possible to use the bed with bugs, not speaking about horrible itching that was not possible to handle. Luis who promised to come the day of fumigation , never came and didn’t care about the problem and didn’t want to make a refund. He stopped answering the phone, as according to him everything was fixed. So we contacted the support of Airbnb to have a refund for the next weeks and change from this house. That worked out and we could a save last 2 weeks of our holidays. Meanwhile we were packing next day Luis showed up to persuade us to stay, of course just caring about loosing his fee, but after the attitude of this host and his unfair denial of the problem we didn’t want to speak about staying longer there. Since the host was saying insects didn’t exist , next day after fumigation before we left the house we recorded videos and made photos of bugs in beds and in wardrobes on both floors. We never heard an apology for the inconvenience. The host didn’t agree to refund or give a compensation for some days that we had to sleep with insects. Apart from that , the description of the house says that it has beach access 30 seconds away. However it has to be called shore access as it is full of rocks and it is impossible to get inside the sea, you have to walk around 10-15 min to reach the hotels which have better beach entrance. In general house looks nice from outside but inside is cheaply equipped and needs a lot of maintenance ( water in showers didn’t go away, the drying machine didn’t work), the kitchen is poorly equipped as well. Airbnb didn’t allow to put some of this info so I tried to make it known here.
