★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever the costumer service was awful. They needed a copy of identification and they never mentioned it when we called to reserve the tickets. I asked if they could make the copy there and said no due to not having a copy machine. As an international bus route you would think they could have a copy machine since they need copies. Never again using this bus company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have use bus transportion to travel in different parts of Mexico. My first time using the bus service in the Sinalo region. Really economic but service and busses not to clean. Air conditioning really good specially with the warm weather in in Sinaloa. I took the bus from Culiacan to los Mochis it took almost 4hrs which I thought it was only going to take 2 1/2 hrs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On my way back, used it two fays ago and using it as we speak. Nothing short of the best. Comfortable seats, ride, ambient, Wifi, bathrooms are clean, TV, lots of legroom.. I will use them and refer them. Price, perfect.. if you buy online or phone, 10% off..
