★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio no es muy bueno, la persona encargada de valoración de daños es muy amable y atento, desafortunadamente los tiempos de solución son muy largos, aproximadamente 4 semanas para entregar solo el presupuesto de valuación de daños, la organización interna deja mucho que desear. Al final resolvieron adecuadamente.
 The service is not very good, the person in charge of damage assessment is very friendly and attentive, unfortunately the solution times are very long, approximately 4 weeks to deliver only the damage assessment budget, the internal organization leaves much to be desired. In the end they solved properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio, yo fui asegurada de Zurich que se la o las manos para q no procediera mi siniestro y yo como cliente por fuera me dejaron esperando mas de 15 días les marco y no pueden hacer bien su trabajo y ni tener la amabilidad de atender o dar solución
The worst service, I was assured from Zurich that they had it or their hands so that my claim would not proceed and I as a client on the outside they left me waiting for more than 15 days to mark them and they cannot do their job well and not be kind enough to attend or give solution

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde el primer momento me atendieron super bien y trataron que todo fuera rápido, admito que si el tiempo de buscar las partes y de arreglarlo se llevaron dos meses enteros, pero en todo el proceso siempre que llame me atendieron y me resolvieron mis dudas. Me entregaron un trabajo bien hecho, me gustó, solo que el tiempo fue muy tardado.
From the first moment they treated me very well and tried to make everything go quickly, I admit that the time to look for the parts and to fix it took two whole months, but throughout the process whenever I called they attended me and solved my doubts. They gave me a job well done, I liked it, only that the time was very slow.
