Mi camión salió una hora después, por falta de logistica nos cambiaron el auto sin avisarnos apropiadamente (a otra pasajera le mandaron su maleta en otro camión y no se hacen responsables). El camión apesta, recogieron gente de más que vienen parados. TAP va en picada y no parece importarle.
Bad service, nobody gives reason for anything. My truck left an hour later, due to lack of logistics they changed our car without properly notifying us (another passenger had her suitcase sent to another truck and they are not responsible). The truck stinks, they picked up more people who are stopped. TAP is in a tailspin and doesn't seem to care.
