★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son excelentes tapetes, lo malo es que luego engañan mucho a los clientes con los atrasos y sus maquinas ya son muy viejas y no son tapetes de impresión de fotografía, pero aun así fabrican los mejores tapetes de México, lo malo es que si entra Liverpool a este le dan siempre prioridad y los pedidos de los demás se atrasan por ser cliente preferente. Otro aspecto negativo es que son muy caros, los suben cada semana

AL PRINCIPIO SON MUY AMABLES E INSISTENTES, PERO YA QUE LES PEDISTE UN SERVICIO Y LES DISTE EL ANTICIPO,( POR QUE TE PIDEN ANTICIPO PARA METERLOS A PRODUCCIÓN SI NO, NO LOS TRABAJAN.) TE DICEN TARDAN A APROXIMADAMENTE 25 DÍAS Y DESPUÉS TE DICEN QUE ERAN DÍAS HÁBILES CONTANDO DE LUNES A VIERNES. NO TE CONTESTAN LOS MENSAJES, TARDAN EN RECIBIR TUS LLAMADAS, SE LAVAN LAS MANOS DICIENDO QUE NO PUEDEN HACER NADA, QUE CUANDO ESTÉN TE LLAMAN. LLEVO MAS DE UN MES ESPERANDO UNOS TAPETES QUE ENCARGUE.

AT THE BEGINNING, THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND INSISTENT, BUT SINCE YOU ASKED FOR A SERVICE AND GIVEN THE ADVANCE, (BECAUSE THEY REQUEST AN ADVANCE TO PUT THEM TO PRODUCTION, IF NOT, THEY DON'T WORK. THAT THEY WERE BUSINESS DAYS COUNTING FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY. THE MESSAGES DO NOT ANSWER YOU, THEY TAKE TO RECEIVE YOUR CALLS, THEY WASH THE HANDS SAYING THAT THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING, THAT WHEN THEY ARE CALLING YOU. I HAVE BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH WAITING FOR SOME MATS TO ORDER.
