★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La limpieza de las habitaciones es deplorable, jabones usados en los baños, las sabanas y cobijas muy viejas, las almohadas llenas de bolas, tienen un gimnasio y la música a todo volumen, un escándalo cada que dejan caer las pesas, todo se escucha... todo en las habitaciones ya es muy viejo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La experiencia mas inolvidable de mis vacasiones en el pueblo de Buctzotz... los cuartos estaban apestosos las sabanas estan sucias los baños no serbian nos dieron otro cuarto solo para usar el baño. No abia agua caliente en algunos cuartos y aparte no salia mucha agua..... no se los recomiendo para NADA....... mas que hotel parasia un motel de paso
The most unforgettable experience of my vacations in the town of Buctzotz ... the rooms were stinky, the sheets are dirty, the non-Serbian bathrooms gave us another room just to use the bathroom. There was no hot water in some rooms and apart from that there was not much water coming out ..... I do not recommend them for ANYTHING ....... More than a hotel for a passing motel
