â â â â â Very competent Attorneys. Paola assisted me in purchasing a condo unit in Playacar. Quoted a fixed price which included due diligence, negotiations with developer, final contract, and trust setup. The negotiations proved to be much tougher than either of us anticipated. Paola persevered, and eventually we got an agreement. I attribute much of the success to Paola's team. Incidentally, they didn't charge any more for what I'm sure was more time than they anticipated. Very fair and professional at all times. Fluent in English. If you're buying in the area, you need Paola!
