Una tapicería tradicional para los que vivimos en esta Zona Romántica, el trato es muy amable pues es familiar, pero por exceso de trabajo aveces puede ser un poco tardado.

I dont know how their work is because we didnt get that far. As far as customer service, they are awful. No level of respect for themselves or the business or the client. It seems like the people around the business have substance abuse problems from their behavior and the visuals. This is not a professional upholstery service, my recommendation is to find another.

Our 6 yr old living room sofa bed in our rental suite was very lumpy to sit on, when we arrived 2 weeks ago to stay in the unit for 5 mo. After googling repair shops in PV, I stopped in at this little hole in the wall on Aquiles Serdan....well I was on the street looking lost as I tried to find the address #. A man asked if I needed something and as I looked at him, I saw over his shoulder, another guy inside, sewing some fabric on a large machine, I told him I had a sofa cama para reparaciones....my pidgeon spanish.... Anyway to shrink the story, he came over that afternoon, did a few measurements and said yes he could replace the seat stuffing for $2200 pesos (about $165 cad) and it would be ready in 2 days! A new sofa bed would be about $900 cad. Well it did take 3 days, not 2, but holy cow....feels like brand new to sit on!!! The material was still in excellent condition so he just peeled it back from underneath I guess, replaced the stuffing and then put material back.... To top it off, when they were arriving at our condo bldg. for delivery, there was a huge truck parked in the way and no where close for them to park. They carried the sofa bed a whole block just to get to the bldg. and then into the elevator, holding it up off the floor, and so on to get into the condo....real troopers they were.... I would highly recommend them for your project.....polite, replied to texts and phone calls immediately, excellent workmanship, and soooo affordable. Great guys in all respects....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
