They came by my house to give me a quote, within 2 hours of my initial contact with them, took the sofa away and returned it 2 days later -- the 'fix' that they did is absolutely perfect. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tapicería SMA turned my very uncomfortable equipale couch into a super comfortable place to hang out and watch TV. Communication was easy and they were responsive to all of my questions and messages. The process was simple. They dropped off fabric samples at my house, took preliminary measurements, ordered the fabric, picked up my couch to make a final template for the cushions, and then delivered my finished couch to me. Overall a very positive experience.
