El no cumple con los acuerdos y te entrega inconcluso su trabajo

El servicio fue malisimo!!! cuando hice el trato de "arreglar" mi sofa con el señor que me atendio, me dio un costo y una fecha de entrega de dos semanas que se aplazo a 4 meses!!! y cuando me entrego mi sofa me lo dio todo mal hecho provovando que me negara a recibirlo, al sucueder eso me contactaron con la persona que hizo el trato y tuvo el descaro de decirme que el trabajo y lo que el me cobro fue un REGALO de su parte!!!! es ahi cuando se ve la formalidad de la "empresa". No respetan ni lo que dicen que le haran a tu sofa y te lo entregan tarde!!!! y te exigen que le pagues como si a ti te lo regalatron!!!
