★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar tiene una ubicación muy buena, el acceso es fácil y hay estacionamiento disponible para poder llegar a disfrutar de estas exquisitas bebidas, la variedad de sabores es amplia para darle gusto a cualquier paladar, por lo general el lugar está limpio y es agradable.
Desafortunadamente un negocio pierde la maravilla cuando el personal que lo atiende no es amable y no es capaz de solucionar un desperfecto en los productos que ellos mismos preparan y venden, La atención al cliente es lo más importante de un negocio y en éste están dejando de lado este detalle. Ojalá el dueño de la cadena pueda ver este comentario para que mejore el servicio al cliente y que sobretodo contraten personas que disfruten haciendo su trabajo por qué estas bebidas realmente son una delicia Para refrescar el día

Unfortunately, a business loses its marvel when the staff that attends it is not friendly and is not able to solve a defect in the products that they prepare and sell themselves.Customer service is the most important thing in a business and in it they are leaving side this detail. Hopefully the owner of the chain can see this comment to improve customer service and above all to hire people who enjoy doing their job why these drinks are really a delight To refresh the day

Las vendedoras tenían más intención de sacar otro pedido rápido que de dar un servicio de calidad; solicite mi pedido con tapioca intensa, pero me dieron con una mínima cantidad. Igualmente, solicite popping y en uno de mis pedidos ni siquiera me dieron nada y la vendedora quería que pagara más del extra que ya estaba pagando si quería más del gramaje normal, cosa que nunca me había pasado en ninguna de sus otras sucursales. La verdad no le recomendaría a mis amigos volver a comprar en esta tienda
From the moment I arrived at the place, the attention was terrible. The vendors were more intent on getting another quick order than on providing quality service; I requested my order with sharp tapioca, but they gave me a minimal amount. Likewise, I requested popping and in one of my orders they didn't even give me anything and the saleswoman wanted me to pay more than the extra that I was already paying if I wanted more than the normal weight, which had never happened to me in any of their other branches. The truth is that I would not recommend my friends to buy again in this store.
