Por lo que tengo entendido, quienes manejan estas taquerias no son originarios del municipio y quizá por eso tienen una forma de preparar algo distinta la carne al pastor dándole un sabor y textura distinta. No quiere decir que sea mala. Algo bueno del lugar son las muy diversas opciones que manejan, no limitándose solo a tacos y tortas, pasando por alambres, papas preparadas, volcanes, quesos fundidos y demás. Algo mejorable sería la consistencia de las salsas, siendo estas muy líquidas en ocasiones y con falta de sabor y picor. Agradable la guarnición que ofrecen. Taste different but nice.
