Lo único que deberían mejorar es sus instalaciones. Creo que ya están en un nivel en el que podrían establecerse en un local y dar la atención y confort que los clientes merecen.
These tacos are unique in town. They have a very particular style of preparation and the flavor is incredible.
The only thing they should improve is their facilities. I think they are already at a level where they could establish themselves in a place and give the attention and comfort that customers deserve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tacos callejeros que llegan a partir de las 9 pm, realmente la fila se hace desde unos minutos antes.
La tripa es la primera que se acaba, así que si vas por estos tacos lo mejor es que llegues desde las 9.
Para mi gusto son tacos "baja pedas" con unos tragos encima estos tacos son perfecto para bajarla y seguirle.
Y si no vas con alcohol encima te pueden parecer que son bañados con demasiada grasa.
El costo del taco esta encima de los $20.

The tripe is the first to run out, so if you go for these tacos, it's best to arrive as early as 9.
For my taste they are "baja pedas" tacos with a few drinks on top, these tacos are perfect to lower it and follow it.
And if you don't go with alcohol on top, they may seem to you that they are bathed with too much fat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the best tacos! We stumbled across this stand after one too many beers last night and our first thought this morning was we gotta go back to get more of those tacos! Went back and they were even better tonight! Everyone at the stand were very sweet and helpful to two gringos with limited Spanish. They do get quite busy, but they work fast and efficient. Worth the wait. We will be back for sure!
