★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Holy God, these are the best Tortas in all of Merida, learn Mayan say you want Lechon with Castacan!! The crunchy and buttery goodness is like a holy experience. You might shout a few expletives while chewing.
Don't forget to request they soak the bread in the magical juices the meat is sitting in, think of it as a baptism before they take you to culinary heaven.
This is not for the faint of heart, or will ever be on Zagat its a true hole in the wall.
