De mi parte probé Suadero, bistek, chorizo, tripa y labio. El suadero es tierno y de buen sabor, bistek y chorizo están en termino medio, la tripa es precocida, así que si buscas tripa dorada, aquí no la encontrarás, no es de lo mejor pero tiene un sabor que ni es bueno ni malo y el labio, el que me tocó venía con un sabor muy concentrado.
También me di el lujo de probar una gringa campechana y también muy buena.
La atención es regular, sin embargo no tengo ninguna queja, solo un poco más de amabilidad les haría falta.

For my part, I tried Suadero, steak, chorizo, tripe and lip. The brisket is tender and has a good flavor, steak and chorizo are medium, the tripe is precooked, so if you are looking for golden tripe, you will not find it here, it is not the best but it has a taste that is neither good nor bad and the lip, the one that touched me, came with a very concentrated flavor.
I also had the luxury of trying a hearty gringa and it was also very good.
The attention is regular, however I have no complaints, just a little more kindness would be needed.
