★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una amiga quiso hacer el pedido en estos tacos ya que era “la mejor opción” pero básicamente al momento de marcar (que tomó tiempo porque manda directo al buzón), la muchacha que la atendió se puso algo sangrona.
Se quería hacer el pedido por platos para pasarlos a recoger pero resulta que si se quería hacer eso, se tiene que ir a la sucursal, pedirlos y todavía llevarles etiquetas para ponérselos a los tacos.
Yo volví a marcar para volver hacer el pedido y jamás me atendieron.
Estamos en plena pandemia, se supone que no debemos de ir a hacer aglomeración en un lugar y en segundo si dejan su número es para hacer pedidos ¿no? sino hacen pedidos de esa manera entonces no compartan el número.
Deberían de capacitar mejor a su personal para que den un mejor servicio en atención a cliente cuando se trata de algo así.
Era la primera vez que pedíamos por aquí, lástima que esta fue nuestra primera impresión, primera y última vez que marco o pido de estos tacos.
A friend wanted to order in these tacos since it was "the best option" but basically at the time of dialing (which took time because it sent directly to the mailbox), the girl who attended her got a little bloody.
You wanted to order dishes to pick them up but it turns out that if you wanted to do that, you had to go to the branch, order them and still bring labels to put them on the tacos.
I dialed again to place the order again and they never attended to me.
We are in the middle of a pandemic, we are not supposed to go to make a crowd in one place and secondly if they leave their number it is to place orders, right? if they do not order that way then do not share the number.
They should better train their staff to give better customer service when it comes to something like that.
It was the first time we ordered around here, too bad this was our first impression, first and last time I mark or order these tacos.
