Su sabor claramente ha mejorado muy notoriamente.
Los tacos están rebosantes de carne y el personal es muy atento, asi mismo su higiene es envidiable. Uno de ellos(el cocinero) utiliza un par de guantes negros mientras prepara la comida y quién le cobra la orden de su manjar acompañado de un agua fresca, es (esto es especulación mía) su esposa.
Cuálquier otra cosa el se quita los guantes y ya cuando regresa a preparar la comida se coloca unos nuevos.
También tienen una pequeña pantalla plana en la cual puede ver a su equipo favorito jugar mientras disfruta de sus tacos.
Edit: Lptmd la tortilla está buenísima, crugiente,blanda y un toque especial de aceite
I am giving this rating after comparing their tacos at the opening and now.
Its flavor has clearly improved very noticeably.
The tacos are overflowing with meat and the staff is very attentive, so their hygiene is enviable. One of them (the cook) uses a pair of black gloves while preparing the food and who charges the order of his delicacy accompanied by a fresh water, is (this is my speculation) his wife.
Anything else he takes off his gloves and when he returns to prepare the food he puts on new ones.
They also have a small flat screen in which you can watch your favorite team play while enjoying their tacos.
Edit: Lptmd the tortilla is very good, crunchy, soft and a special touch of oil
