★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super clean place with outstanding tacos and a wide selection on delicious salsa & guacamole. Diago the floor manager is excellent. I seen him personally cleaning light bulbs to make sure everything in the place was spotless. Diago name means Teacher and we can all learn a thing or two about how to run a business from this guy. Don't leave Mazatlan until you try Taqueria El Paisa. YUMMY! P.S. I found out later that El Paisa has several locations.
