Un taco es una preparación mexicana1 que en su forma estándar consiste en una tortilla enrollada (generalmente de maiz, también de harina de trigo, de nopal o de algún otro ingrediente) que contiene algún alimento dentro y algún tipo de salsa. Es considerado como uno de los platillos más representativos de la comida mexicana.
¿Como?
El ingrediente principal para estos tacos es la carne de cerdo adobada con achiote o chile ancho, naranja, vinagre, pimienta. Estos se acompañan con un trozo de piña, la tortilla es pequeña y en ocasiones se usan dos, una sobre otra.
