★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para ser los más caros de la zona , esperaba algo mejor, pero son más tortilla que carne, parece que el pastor lo rebanan con bisturí para que quede lo mas delgado posible, por cierto la carne te la dan casi cruda. Las salsas, al menos las que me dieron son malitas, no resaltan el sabor del pastor.
To be the most expensive in the area, I expected better, but they are more omelette than meat, it seems that the pastor slices it with a scalpel to make it as thin as possible, by the way the meat is almost raw. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La carne es de buena calidad (lo sé porque por años fui pastorero y parrillero), too bien, la limpieza, la decoración, el tamaño de los vasos de agua de sabor, higiene y todo. Sólo no me gustó la porción de carne que sirven en mos tacos al pastor, un poco más los haría ver mejor.
The meat is of good quality (I know it because for years I was a shepherd and barbecue), too good, the cleanliness, the decoration, the size of the glasses of flavored water, hygiene and everything.
