★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar, esta muy buena la comida y son muy rápidos en el servicio, no es tan caro y además se ve muy limpio el personal es amable y aun que se equivocaron una vez, al ser tan rápido el servicio lo solucionaron rápido, solo que deberían poner más lugares con sombra ya que después del medio día varias mesas les da el sol y no es muy como estar comiendo allí, al final compartimos otra mesa con otro comensal, pero deberían poner un toldo o malla sombra o algo
Excellent place, the food is very good and they are very fast in the service, it is not so expensive and it also looks very clean the staff are friendly and even they made a mistake once, the service being so fast they solved it quickly, only that They should put more shady places since after noon several tables get the sun and it is not quite like eating there, in the end we share another table with another diner, but they should put an awning or shade mesh or something

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El caldo se supone que es cortesía pero lo cobraron...y tenía mucha agua. Los tacos de cochinita son sin sabor ? es una pena xq tenía buenas referencias.
The broth is supposed to be courtesy but they charged for it...and it had plenty of water. The cochinita tacos are flavorless ? it's a shame because it had good references.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente en la zpna de Orizaba/Córdoba no he encontrado un lugar en dónde hagan una birria de verdad, o que se acerque a la birria de Jalisco, este lugar es como los otros, sin nada fuera de lo que hay en Córdoba, ah pero esos si, muy caro para lo que ofrecen.
Really in the Orizaba/Córdoba area I have not found a place where they make a real birria, or that is close to the Jalisco birria, this place is like the others, with nothing outside of what is in Córdoba, oh but yes, very expensive for what they offer.
