★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing! This is definitely a local must and not only is it a must but try going your first day in tulum. Reason being because you will probably want to keep going back several times over.Their specialty is al pastor and honestly there is no need to try anything else on the menu except of course the pastor emapanadas that is what they are known for and it is for a good reason! This place has changed al pastor for me I am most likely never going be able to have another al pastor without being disappointed. All in all it's a great cheap place to go for, they have different styles that you can get with your choice of meat and you know which meat i choose! Oh and the tacos are not complete without the accompaniments they put on the table, they give you the works!

Not only the food was yummy, the service was great! Loved the hot sauce

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly disappointing after everything I heard about this place. The meat was dry and unfortunately we got scammed too. Unlike other tables (and other places), no ticket was brought at the end and we were told our bill number out of the blue without even knowing what we paid for. We kept track of everything so we knew they added an extra 100 pesos for no reason on top of what would have a been a 15% service fee. We were a bit taken aback so didn’t say anything but we definitely never went back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite busy taco restaurant, popular among locals as well as tourists. They offer few kinds of Mexican style wraps with either pork, chicken, beef (disappear quite quick). Atmosphere is quite chaotic, they forgot our order and we had to ask twice. When it finally appeared, it didn’t contain extra cheese, which we asked for (but it didn’t prevent them from charging us for it). Basic selection of drinks (nothing fresh, only sodas or beers).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap and delicious! Tried the empanada, panucho, carne asada and pastor tacos. Get the pastor tacos and lots of them with pineapple! So good. The rest was average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a gem and perfect if you want a delicious, quick cheap meal. So flavorful and many different options. We parked our rental car behind on the street behind the restaurant. Highly recommend coming to this place! Wonderful service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there around 3ish thinking between lunch and dinner it may not be too crowded. It was maybe less but still pretty crowded. They have pretty good tacos here for a good price. About $1 each.
We tried pork (al pastor) & beef (asada) and they were both pretty good. Pineapple with taco is such a kick. Yum! But check your order, as other reviews mentioned, it also happened to us that we paid for one with cheese and they only put the beef but not the pork one. Recommend to get some guacamole to add to your taco to make it better.
Next time I want to try Gringas (wheat tortillas with cheese) because my taco shells were a bit hard for me. And maybe my kids would like tortas (sandwich like). Will see
