Sin embargo les falla la limpieza, especialmente en las mesas cerca del baño, ya que el piso estaba lleno de basura, servilletas y restos de comida. También el mesero que me tocó es un poquito despistado, por querer aprenderse lonqur ordenamos olvidó cosas y cambió otras.
 The flavor of the products is very good, it has a great variety on the menu. However, cleanliness fails them, especially on the tables near the bathroom, since the floor was full of garbage, napkins and food scraps. Also the waiter who touched me is a bit confused, wanting to learn how long we ordered, he forgot things and changed others.

Mi opinión es que dejarin de tener el sabor que los caracterizo Aunque los ingredientes sean los mismos la mano cuenta mucho ..el personal nuevo crea también lentitud en la preparación y entrega ?
I have been attending their branches here in Guadalajara and Tlaquepaque for several years and I have felt the change of flavors and I think it is due to the constant change of personnel... My opinion is that they will stop having the flavor that characterizes them Although the ingredients are the themselves the hand counts a lot .. the new staff also slows down the preparation and delivery ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio no es el mejor pero tampoco es que te traten mal, simplemente son indiferentes... Ni un hola, una sonrisa, nada, toman tu orden, te sirven y bye. A veces les tienes que estar buscando la cara para ordenar. Fuera de eso el sabor es bueno, no son los mejores pero la ventaja es que es un lugar que encuentras abierto hasta altas horas de la noche. Tengo años viniendo y la verdad es que de sabor nunca he tenido ningún problema. Lo que me gusta de aquí y lo que casi siempre pido es el bistec y pastor.
The service is not the best but it's not that they treat you badly, they're just indifferent... Not a hello, a smile, nothing, they take your order, they serve you and bye. Sometimes you have to be looking for their face to order. Apart from that the taste is good, they are not the best but the advantage is that it is a place that you find open until late at night. I have been coming for years and the truth is that I have never had any problem with the taste. What I like here and what I almost always order is the steak and pastor.
