★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Gloria is the best taqueria in Aguascalientes and one of the best in Bajio. Why? Not just the quick attention and the late hour service, but the taste of meat from "pastor" and the marvelous "cabeza" (head) tacos. Tepache and horchata water are served as well as beer. All tacos are placed along with roasted potato and onion in all orders. Salsas, specially the red one, are amazing. This is the place for taco experience in central north Mexico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to treat the drunk version of yourself, you can find open late at night after drinking, tacos are delicious and salsas and guacamole have also been made with love, you get a huge plate of fried onions and jalapeños and fresh cucumber with radish. Prices are accesible, nothing to complain about. Great place to end your feria nacional de San Marcos experience.
