Aquí ya hay varias personas que, como yo, hemos padecido que este pseudo “negocio” no cumpla con sus obligaciones fiscales al no emitir las facturas que les solicita la clientela. Afortunadamente hay autoridades y algo se podrá hacer para que se les obligue a dar los servicios mínimos indispensables para ser una “empresa formal”. Todavía es más indignante el cinismo del encargado, al dar su palabra -de la cual evidentemente carece- de que el martes (ayer) se me estaría enviando a más tardar.
Varios intentos de llamadas. Insistencia el día de la compra. Todavía regresé al día siguiente y me dijeron que viajara tranquilo (sí claro -¡ah! Cabe aclarar que estaba de viaje por comisión de trabajo). Ya intenté comunicarme por WhatsApp, por su página de Facebook y nada. No parece existir medio disponible para contactarles.
 Too bad we didn't read the comments first. Here there are already several people who, like me, have suffered that this pseudo "business" does not comply with its tax obligations by not issuing the invoices requested by the clientele. Fortunately, there are authorities and something can be done to force them to provide the minimum essential services to be a "formal company." Even more outrageous is the cynicism of the person in charge, when he gave his word - which he evidently lacks - that on Tuesday (yesterday) it would be sent to me at the latest.
Multiple call attempts. Insistence on the day of purchase. I still returned the next day and they told me to travel calmly (yes of course -ah! It should be noted that I was traveling on a work commission). I already tried to communicate by WhatsApp, by your Facebook page and nothing. There does not seem to be any means available to contact them.
