Ofrecí la opción de una transferencia interbancaria, les mandé el comprobante pero como no les había "llegado" optaron por tomar una actitud nefasta de que no era "su problema" y obviamente me hicieron perder tiempo esperando tranquilamente a que se les apareciera el dinero en la cuenta o hasta que se les ocurriera comprobarlo por el portal de banxico. La mesa en la que comí estaba sucia. No me pasaron limones. Y su atención desde que solicité información fué nefasta. Deberían mejorar la atención al cliente y prepararse para este tipo de situaciones en cuanto a las transferencias puesto que me mencionaron que no es la primera vez que realizan pagos por transfer.
