★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un asco,nada más basta con ver a la gente que atiende el negocio,pasas y están tosiendo la carne la traen en su camión y al aire libre nada más hay que ponerse a pensar dónde se lavan las manos,es la esquina del asco todo lo que vendes allí nada más hay que pensar en que seguimos en pandemia,con el mismo cilantro que parten limpian la mesa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los tacos están bien. La cabeza MUY buena, el pastor bueno, el suadero está bien aunque preferiría que no lo picaran para dejarlo aún más tiempo en la choricera, lo mismo con la tripa aunque tiene buen sabor.
Lo que sí es que les falta muucha organización y quizás más gente que le meta mano a los tacos, una vez les llega un pedido grande y se olvidan de todos.
The tacos are good. The head is VERY good, the shepherd is good, the suadero is fine although I would prefer that they not chop it to leave it in the choricera for even longer, the same with the tripe although it has a good flavor.
What it is is that they lack a lot of organization and perhaps more people who put their hands on the tacos, once a large order arrives and they forget about everyone.
