★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un nuevo lugar en Jilotepec, se trata de un restorán con varios servicios, cuando lo visite solo tenían tacos, por eso solo 4 estrellas, falta probar lo demás.
Un lugar muy agradable, que se nota siguen adaptando pero igualmente notorio es que van por buen camino.
Sobre la comida muy recomendables los tacos de tripa que no son comunes por aquí, el pastor al ser a la plancha, es más una carne adobada muy sabrosa.
Punto aparte son los complementos, cebolla morada curtida, cebolla blanca y cilantro picado (un tanto rustico), guacamole y muy muy rica la salsa roja.
Es sin duda una buena nueva opción en el pueblo, espero sigan con el objetivo y de ser así serán un lugar imperdible. Habrá que apoyarlos
A new place in Jilotepec, it is a restaurant with several services, when I visited it they only had tacos, that's why only 4 stars, we need to try the rest.
A very nice place, which is still adapting but equally noticeable is that they are on the right track.
On the highly recommended food the gut tacos that are not common here, the shepherd being grilled, is more a very tasty marinated meat.
Separate point are the complements, tanned purple onion, white onion and chopped cilantro (somewhat rustic), guacamole and very rich red sauce.
It is undoubtedly a good new option in the town, I hope they continue with the objective and if so, they will be a must-see place. We will have to support them
