Honestly, I didn't like the flavor of el.trompo. They had told me that it is one of the best in Saltillo, but I kept waiting for a better flavor.

Nos recibió un chavo con buena actitud y nos sirvió un delicioso café de máquina tipo expreso pero en taza grande, fuerte pero no amargo, servido con su respectiva crema. La birria está muy rica, no grasosa no picosa, ponen cebollita marinada con habanero para acompañarlos, un plato con cantidad suficiente, al igual que el menudo, muy rico, con trozos pequeños, bien cocido y con cuerpo, no aguado. Falta ventilación, el humo del cigarro se encierra mucho. Great place upstairs to rock out, have a few beers and eat some tacos. Very good service, reasonable prices.
