★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Try this place if you have a layover at Mexico City International Airport Terminal 1 and are looking for some real Mexican food, not the bland overpriced stuff at the airport. It's a 2 mins walk from Terminal 1 for huge super tasty tacos prepared with freshly made ingredients and sauce to be filled by yourself as you please so don't be shy, their picante especially is the bomb! As of writing the price is 17 pesos or ~$0.80 USD per tacos filled to the brim, so very fair indeed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to covid I was lost in Mexico City without a flight or a place to stay. I didn't try the food as it was 3am and the owners were cleaning up and winding down, but this place is run by a good, friendly and honest family who chatted to me outside business hours and advised the safest way back to the airport. We must have drank beer, listened to music and talked for a few hours at least. Lovely people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Near the CDMX airport, these are different types of tacos. They’re fairly large not like the small tacos. They are mostly tacos in stew not the tacos that you usually see. They were tasty, you can tell this is a local spot. They also have another area in the restaurant where they make fresh juices or waters. It was nice to try something different but my favourite tacos are still the traditional small tacos.
