El que atiende por teléfono te dice que si a todo, y cuando llega tu pedido, si pediste bebidas no las llevan o si requieres cambio tampoco lo llevan. Y los que atienden, lo hacen mofándose del cliente. Sería perfecto que cambiaran a los empleados.
All their food is very good, but the employees are nefarious. The person who answers the phone tells you yes to everything, and when your order arrives, if you asked for drinks, they don't bring them or if you require change, they don't take them either. And those who attend, they do it by making fun of the client. It would be perfect if they changed the employees.
