pero la Joya de la Corona son los de Tripa de Leche sin fritar!
una tripa de blanca a rosadita, tan suave que se deshace en la boca...
En la CDMX sino es de los únicos es de los pocos lugares que la sirven de Leche, que es tripa de aroma y sabor dulce, suave y sin fritar....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la taquería tradicional de Mixcoac, tienen tacos de pastor, suadero, tripa, longaniza, ojo, cachete, maciza y tortas. El tepache está muy rico. Los precios son bastante accesibles. Falta un poquito de higiene, pero tampoco está tan mal.
It is the traditional taqueria of Mixcoac, they have tacos de pastor, suadero, tripa, longaniza, eye, cheek, solid and tortas. The tepache is very tasty. The prices are quite affordable. A little bit of hygiene is lacking, but it's not too bad either.
