★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente taquería con diferentes especialidades como barbacoa, mixiotes, sesos a la mexicana, tripa el chiltepin, criadillas, carnes asadas: arrachera, chorizo argentino, bisteck, etc, además burritos y quesadillas. Los domingos prometen pollos en barbacoa con suplementos, vale la pena la visita, lugar limpio y amplio además de buenos precios. A un costado del monumento del Danzante , atrás de la iglesia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionado. La primera vez que vine pensé que había tenido una mala experiencia en particular. Las tripas tenían una piedra y la lengua tenía un pedazo de hueso. El servicio un poco lento a pesar de que éramos solo dos mesas.
Hoy en mi segunda visita, las cebollas preparadas están crudas, un niño de aproximadamente 12-15 años es el que está preparando la mayoría de los tacos, en mi opinión, muy bien el chavo, pero no es para que lo dejen solo preparando todos los tacos. Lo más crítico es que las tripas en Chiltepin huelen un poco raro, como si ya estuvieran pasadas.
Finalmente, las chicas que atienden están comiendo mientras te sirven y no les preocupa en lo mínimo.
No regresaré.
