La carne ya ni tiene sabor y está grasosa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar nada pretensioso, gente trabajadora, la pareja de señores que atiende las mesas es muy amable, precios realmente accesibles -y justos- y el sazón es bueno, se sirve muy bien. Temas: la forma de preparar los alimentos es el tema y hay que ser muy específicos a la hora de pedir las salsas porque hablan más maya que español, así que no abuses con peticiones especiales ni hablar como si fueran tus amigos; la atención de los chicos que preparan la comida apenas es suficiente, no esperes sonrisas ni gran trato, es gente que trabaja para sacar el día, no los empresarios de Troter's; en general tienen buena demanda y es un indicador suficiente para recomendarlo. En quincena no vayas después de las 10:30 pm porque se les medio gastan sus salsitas, la verde es muy buena :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tacos bien servidos, lo que no me gusto es que la carne al pastor no es del trompo a tu taco ? lo terminan de cocer en la plancha y para mi gusto ya no es taco al pastor, pero de sabor muy rico, ya no es taqueria chiapas ya cambio de dueño y nombre ahora es Cactus
