Pedí un agua de Maracuya y al final no se me antojó, pedí cambio (no la había abierto) y la mesera me dijo que no se podía cambiar porque ya la había ingresado en sistema. Desde mi punto de vista ese no es un problema, mientras no esté abierto el envase, no veo el problema de atender al cliente y cambiarle la orden. Bad service. I ordered a Maracuya water and in the end I didn't feel like it, I asked for change (I hadn't opened it) and the waitress told me that I couldn't change it because I had already entered it into the system. From my point of view that is not a problem, as long as the container is not opened, I do not see the problem of serving the customer and changing the order.
J	Jose Piñero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tienen un espacio para que los niños puedan jugar y mesas aun costado, más sin embargo no nos quisieron brindar el servicio en la parte de la estancia de juegos ya que según no tenía el servicio hasta después de las 6 pm y que no había personal, se me hace algo absurdo tener un espacio recreativo y no poder comer en ese lugar y lo peor que después de comer subimos a dicha estancia se estuvo cerca de 45 min y todo ese lapso de tiempo 2 señoritas personal de local plática y plática, por eso no hay servicio por estar platicando... Terrible service, they have a space for children to play and tables even on the side, more however they did not want to provide us with the service in the part of the games room since according to what they did not have the service until after 6 pm and that they did not there was staff, it seems absurd to me to have a recreational space and not be able to eat in that place and the worst thing is that after eating we went up to said room, they stayed for about 45 minutes and that whole period of time 2 ladies local staff chatted and chatted , that's why there is no service for talking...
