The rich flavor is not denied ... but they take a minimum of 2 hours for them to attend you we arrived at 9 they served us at 11. We just waited because it was an invitation if not to the 20 myths we weren't there

In the menu, tacos of "carnaza", "lengua", "cabeza", "ubre", "cachete / labio" among others.
Two type of salsas: the hot one (green), and the one without "chile" (red), both are really perfect for the type of tacos, delicious.
If you go, have in mind that they take it's time to serve you, but definitely it worth the waiting.
Not located in the best zone of Guadalajara, but it doesn't matter, if you are a food explorer at heart, you won't be disappointed.
Regular prices, not the cheapest nor the most expensive ones.
