La papa era dulce y eso empeoró el sabor en general, ni siquiera la termine, la carne (de trompo) no era bajada del trompo si no cocida en comal y con un sabor regular, el resto de ingredientes también con un sabor intermedio. Las salsas: mucho por mejorar también. Los totopos eran pura pedaceria y no servían para su propósito, en fin. Una buena opción si traes poco dinero, de otra manera no lo recomiendo.
