★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply some of the best tacos around! We ordered 7 tacos and 3 drinks for under $10 USD. It was some of the best food we had in our 10 days in Cozumel. The suadero and al pastor tacos were delicious. They don't speak much English, but the server brought us a menu that was translated. I could not recommend El Nero's more! <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top contention for best tacos I've ever had. This is the tacqueria locals go to and there's a reason why.
I had four pastor tacos and they were amazing. They come topped with the standard cilantro and grilled onions.
There are four fresh salsas to choose from on every table. They also bring out extra onion, radish, and cucumber if you want any extras. Costs $0.75 a taco.
They also have every meat available you could possibly want including tripe, tongue, etc.

They have locations all over the Yucatan Peninsula with Cozumel being their most recent addition, I had the pork chop tacos and they were excellent. They use small tortillas with more ground corn than most places which gives the tacos a bit different flavor than most places around here. The salsas provided were excellent, they have tons of tables and the service was fast and efficient. Great value meal and excellent typical flavors of the region!
