★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, cancelaron vuelo a Monterrey ya estando todos los pasajeros listos para abordar, no quisieron explicar,nos prometieron reembolso del cien por ciento solo para que nos fuéramos del aeropuerto y después vía email dijeron que no nos darían nada , el vuelo cancelado fue del 7 de abril 2020 , no la recomiendo ,jamás volvería a usar esa aerolínea.
 Very bad service, they canceled the flight to Monterrey when all the passengers were ready to board, they did not want to explain, they promised us a one hundred percent refund just for us to leave the airport and then via email they said that they would not give us anything, the canceled flight was from April 7, 2020, I do not recommend it, I would never use that airline again.
