J	Jose Manuel Plaza Sanchez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente aerolínea regional. Mi vuelo Monterrey-Querétaro salió puntual y la atención de la azafata fue excelente. Te dan un pequeño snack y jugó de naranja, lo que marca la diferencia con el resto de aerolíneas. Lo único que si hay que tener en cuenta es que al ser un avión pequeño, los compartimentos para el equipaje son más reducidos, por lo que no podrás ingresar con todo el equipaje de mano si excede las medidas. Excellent regional airline. My flight Monterrey-Queretaro was punctual and the hostess's attention was excellent. They give you a small snack and played orange, which makes the difference with the other airlines. The only thing that must be taken into account is that being a small plane, the compartments for luggage are smaller, so you can not enter with all the carry-on luggage if it exceeds the measures.

Nadie te contesta para informarte y/o darte solución. Quién sabe quienes sean los disque "empresarios" de esta empresa.....pero se nota su profesionalismo.......ja ja Terrible service in every way. I have tried to fly twice for this "airline", and both times my flight has been cancelled. No one answers you to inform you and/or give you a solution. Who knows who the dial "entrepreneurs" of this company are..... but their professionalism is noticeable.......ha ha

Después de que cancelan vuelos 3 veces, comprados desde agosto, que hacen que uno se tenga que volver a reprogramar para que aparte tengamos que esperar por retrasos. No se que le paso a esta aerolínea, pero última vez que viajo aquí, uno intenta darle el beneficio de la duda y salen con cada cosa. Aprendan de los errores de otros amigos, mejor paguen un poco más pero que sea más seguro. The flight left at 2:30, it's 5 o'clock and if we don't ask them they won't come over to tell us anything, and that's taking into account that there's no one to ask. After they cancel flights 3 times, bought since August, which means that one has to be rescheduled so that we also have to wait for delays. M	Mex Detective on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used this air line over 100 times.. when it started... it was ok. but service goes worse.. flight delay is 50% chance.. due to flight defect. 100% no recomandable. avoid.. only recommand if you want to test your luck. or have good life insurance contract
J	Jerry Moreno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great flight option when everything goes as scheduled. Constantly has delays due to having a small fleet of planes trying to cover a lot of territory. If they can fix that problem they would be a top option for most.

They did not know anything about passengers rights.I had to read them to them. Only afterwards they recognized my right to get free transportation to the hotel. I had to demand my rights. They do not know how to handle compensation. I had to check and do everything by myself as they don’t know their own rules. Unfortunate a bad experience.
