★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida es buena, antes era mejor, el servicio a domicilio a caído mucho, ahora tienes que esperar más de una hora para que te llegue el pedido y eso si la cajera anoto tu pedido a domicilio.
Me a pasado varias veces que llamo después de 1 hora y resulta que la cajera nunca tomo la orden.
Espero que resuelvan esta situación porque es una pena que un establecimiento con una buena comida esté decayendo por su mal servicio al cliente y domicilio. En ese caso mejor no pongan su servicio a domicilio.
PD. Sigo esperando mi pedido después de 90 minutos de haberlo pedido.
The food is good, before it was better, the delivery service has fallen a lot, now you have to wait more than an hour for the order to arrive and that is if the cashier wrote down your order at home.
It has happened to me several times that I call after 1 hour and it turns out that the cashier never took the order.
I hope they solve this situation because it is a shame that an establishment with good food is declining due to its bad customer service and address. In that case it is better not to put your service at home.
P.S. I'm still waiting for my order 90 minutes after ordering.
