Excellent and authentic Japanese food. Everything is fresh, and the portion sizes are just right. Try to get there early so you don't have to wait, or see about making a reservation.

I really think that this place is overrated. #sorrynotsorry -They do not rank the product well and diners qualify it as if it were really the big deal. For me, they are not. -It does not provide such a traditional experience at the end of the day. -The price is high in relation to the quality and flavor of each dish. -The attention is mediocre and borders on poor. #itsnotthatgood

Do not be deceived by its modest presentation. The owner, always present, men's sure one eats to of the line fresh fish. I never been attending for 30 years, and will probably do anther 3 decades.

Stay away from this place. We had dinner last night and it was bad! The aji tataki, one of their specials was terrible, completely over sauced, it totally lost the simplicity of the dish. The tempura arrived cold, so we just sent it back. The miso soup was too salty! The only thing we enjoyed was the eel nigiris and sake. So sorry, this use to be a very good Japanese option south of the city.

It is a filthy place! Waiters have a terrible aspect. You get a sense that everything you touch was prepared with poor hygiene. I hated this experience. The waiters didn't even speak Spanish correctly. It is hard to find right next to a terrible motel and an unsafe area. The restrooms are terrible. The smell is very strong since you arrive ( and not in a good way). They made us wait very long to get to our table and they started letting people in even if they got to the restaurant after us. The spaces are very reduced since I was waiting and there were people passing by very close to me, like at an uncomfortable distance.

It was a great experience to try authentic Japanese food, however I got sick when order scallops sushi. Not sure if that many people order that seafood, but definitively It made me sick and I got stomach flu. Please make sure you offer fresh food, especially when You have rare seafood in your menu.

Really good and authentic food. Great for a small reunion, or date. Small yet cozy. I recommend the bento and the donburis.

Great tasting sushi and many other meals on the menu. Quite expensive by Mexican standards, but worth every peso.
