★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención a los posibles clientes, al parecer tienen mucho trabajo con clientes frecuentes, y desatienden a los nuevos o pequeños. Dos veces confíe en que me atendería un agente, pero eso no pasó. La segunda respuesta fue que llamarían en 10 minutos, eso fue a las 9 AM. Son las 9 pm, han dicho los 10 minutos más largos, y seguirán creciendo. Busquen a otro proveedor.
Terrible attention to potential customers, apparently they have a lot of work with frequent customers, and neglect new or small ones. Twice I trusted an agent to see me, but that didn't happen. The second response was that they would call in 10 minutes, that was at 9 AM. It's 9 pm, they have said the longest 10 minutes, and they will continue to grow. Find another provider.
