★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your hiring process is very disappointing, I was "hired" back in April but never got called to sign a contract. Your talent acquisition team and HR team never respond to messages. I had to visit your office twice and the only response I got from your hiring team was that I was indeed hired but I had to wait for a call. It's been over 60 days and still don't get a response. Really wanted to experience what TaTa had to offer but now I should have known better, Tata just like any other outsourcing company only care about filling the empty chairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The salaries are good, is a decent place to work, the building is clean, most of the people are kind except the receptionist but the company don't show much importance about the safety of their employees either foreigners or mexican (locals), as there have been some incidents literally outside the gates while coming back or going to work.
If you reach "pool" better use that time to search another company, RMG team is useless and they will hire new people instead of manage the resources they have available in "pool"
They don't have enough parking space, which force us to park around it and my car got stolen today september 2019 and some friends as well during last and this year
Important, even is not allowed on this company as per their policies and rules, there is discrimination and racism from Indian to Mexicans.
