★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es mal lugar. Los trabajadores son amables... Pero tengo 2 puntos en contra, veo que aquí no lo han calificado negativo por estos motivos pero es necesario que le echen ganas...
1. No sé si no pagan el teléfono o la persona que atiende no le da la gana contestar, ninguna de las 10 veces que llame me contestaron, buscando opiniones en internet ajenas aquí,me doy cuenta que tienen cero recomendaciones todos se quejan de lo mismo lo que me lleva al punto 2.
2. Pésimo servicio de facturación en línea (el que me atendió me aseguró que si tenían este servicio) me fui contenta pero.... la página abrió una vez y no tenía esta sucursal, la volví a abrir y me marcaba sitio peligroso la tercera vez se bloqueó. Ya no pude entrar.... Dos días después tuve que regresar (ahí tarde 10min y me facturaron desde la bomba)... Perdida de tiempo y de recursos....
Conclusión: aunque no es mal lugar, no lo recomiendo, me hizo pasar mal día,
Al gerente: díganles a sus clientes que no tienen ese servicio en línea, no pasa nada... Es desición de nosotros cargar ahí o en otro lugar.
It's not a bad place. The workers are friendly... But I have 2 points against it, I see that they haven't rated it negative here for these reasons, but they need to give it a try...
1. I don't know if they don't pay for the phone or the person who answers doesn't feel like answering, none of the 10 times I called they answered me, looking for other people's opinions on the internet here, I realize that they have zero recommendations, everyone complains about it Which brings me to point 2.
2. Terrible online billing service (the one who attended me assured me that they did have this service) I left happy but.... the page opened once and did not have this branch, I reopened it and it marked a dangerous site third time it crashed. I couldn't get in anymore... Two days later I had to return (it took 10 minutes there and they billed me from the pump)... Waste of time and resources....
Conclusion: although it is not a bad place, I do not recommend it, it gave me a bad day,
To the manager: tell your customers that you don't have that service online, nothing happens... It's up to us to charge there or elsewhere.
