★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo positivo: entregaron e instalaron un tanque estacionario Tatsa de 500 listros con valvulas nuevas. El producto parace nuevo y al instalación quedó funcioando. El precio parecia competitivo con otras empresas similares.
LO NEGATIVO: llegaron varias horas después de lo convenido. Solo llegaron dos personas para elevar un tanque de 136 kilos al techo de un segundo piso. Me pareció peligroso, ya que lo hacen a mano, sin equipo mecánico para elevarlos. Al final preferimos ayudarlos con dos personas mas. Los trabajadores no usaban equipo de seguridad, como guantes, gafas o casco. El regulador nuevo me lo dieron en la mano porque tenía salida de 1 pulgada y mi tubería es de 3/4 que es muy comun y no tenian el reductor correspondiente. Ahora deberé contratar un plomero para que me haga ese trabajo, cuando el acuerdo es que el paquete incluye todo lo necesario. Le envié mensajes al supervisor para preguntar sobre esta anomalía y no me contestó.
Al final mi servicio quedó funcionando bien, pero considero que pueden mejorar.
 The positive: they delivered and installed a 500 liter Tatsa stationary tank with new valves. The product seems new and the installation was working. The price seemed competitive with other similar companies.
THE NEGATIVE: they arrived several hours later than agreed. Only two people arrived to lift a 300-pound tank to a second-story roof. I found it dangerous as they do it by hand, with no mechanical equipment to lift them. In the end we prefer to help them with two more people. The workers were not wearing safety equipment, such as gloves, goggles, or hard hats. The new regulator was handed to me because it had a 1-inch outlet and my pipe is 3/4, which is very common, and they did not have the corresponding reducer. Now I have to hire a plumber to do this job for me, when the agreement is that the package includes everything I need. I sent messages to the supervisor to ask about this anomaly and he did not answer me.
In the end my service was working fine, but I think they can improve.
