Los primeros días son difíciles, pero porque le prestan especial atención a la técnica de cada movimiento para que los hagas a la perfección, y ni se diga los entrenamientos en sí mismos. ¡Son brutales! Nunca había entrenado así y se nota totalmente la diferencia entre un gimnasio o clase de funcional. Me encanta.
 A place where you train in another way. The first days are difficult, but because they pay special attention to the technique of each movement so that you do it perfectly, not to mention the training itself. They are brutal! I had never trained like this and the difference between a gym or a functional class is totally noticeable. Love it.
