★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experianecia en trato al cliente cuando de refacciones se trata, nunca tienen lo mas nescesario como chicotes, bandas, filtros de aire, precios muy por encima de la poca calidad humana al atender, poco conocimiento en las partes a pesar que solo manejan una marca.
El servicio de la mecanica es el mas pesimo que eh visto jamas, se nota que no tienen adiestramiento de ninguna clase para cuidar y reparar el patrimonio ajeno.
Definitivo solo voy cuando no queda alternativa.
Ojala algun dia mejoren su atencion al cliente
Bad experience in dealing with the client when it comes to spare parts, they never have the most necessary things like whips, bands, air filters, prices well above the poor human quality to attend, little knowledge in the parts despite only handling one brand .
The mechanics service is the worst I have ever seen, it shows that they do not have training of any kind to care for and repair other people's assets.
I definitely only go when there is no alternative.
Hopefully one day they improve their customer service
